Every fall quarter, Rasi teaches the
Tools for Computational Biology graduate course along with other faculty in the
Herbold Computational Biology Program at Fred Hutch. This course introduces common software tools and best practices to graduate students with little or no prior experience in computational biology. The links below point to the course website for each year we have taught the course. The course website includes lecture notes, in-class exercises, and homeworks. The syllabus is updated every year to incorporate new tools that the faculty find useful for their research.
